VITAPACK'S BOX

The primary objective of this project was to design a high-quality digital 3D replica of the existing Vitapack product packaging — specifically, its box. This digital twin serves as a versatile asset for marketing and communication purposes, with a focus on enhancing visual content across various digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and brand websites.

The primary objective of this project was to design a high-quality digital 3D replica of the existing Vitapack product packaging — specifically, its box. This digital twin serves as a versatile asset for marketing and communication purposes, with a focus on enhancing visual content across various digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and brand websites.

A precise UV mapping process followed, based on the flat dieline layout. A custom UV grid was applied during testing to eliminate distortion or stretching across seams and folds. This guaranteed that the high-resolution artwork would wrap seamlessly around the box, preserving the integrity of design elements even in motion.

Shading and materials were fine-tuned to replicate the look of semi-matte printed cardboard. Blender’s physically-based shaders were used to simulate paper surface texture, light diffusion, and printed finish with a high level of realism. Subtle adjustments to reflectivity and bump added depth and prevented the model from appearing artificially clean.
