Doebi Kokota

I was assigned to design a complete email communication system for the restaurant chain Doebi Kokota. My work covered the entire visual structure, including key sections like the hero area, product highlights, promotional blocks, and footer. The design respects the brand’s visual and tonal identity and is fully compatible with email marketing platforms, making it easy to integrate into wider CRM strategies. Part of the visual content was created using AI tools to add variety. The system supports Doebi Kokota’s shift toward direct-to-consumer marketing, reducing dependence on third-party platforms like Wolt or Foodora. It aligns with the brand’s broader digital strategy focused on data-driven targeting, campaign personalization, and building a loyal customer base.

The hero section is designed to catch the eye and set the tone. It’s visually engaging and usually highlights Doebi Kokota’s main product—sushi—using bold imagery and clean design that reflects the brand’s style.

The email design was created with multiple color variants, allowing the brand to tailor the look and feel of individual emails to match the theme or purpose of specific campaigns. This approach ensures flexibility without sacrificing visual consistency. To enhance usability, I designed all components in a modular, user-friendly manner. This makes it possible for anyone on the marketing team—regardless of their design or technical background—to quickly and easily build or update emails by combining pre-made sections.

This email design system serves as a long-term asset for Doebi Kokota’s digital communication. It empowers the emailteam to execute visually polished, brand-consistent campaigns quickly and effectively, while also aligning with client’s business goals of increasing direct revenue and customer retention through personalized, data-informed outreach.
