Fire & Smoke Simulation

This project explores the function and interaction of fire and smoke simulations inside Blender. I began with a simple concept: animating a fireball. To make the movement believable, I adjusted and tested multiple physics attributes, ensuring the flames and smoke behaved naturally as the fireball traveled through space.

After achieving a successful standalone fireball simulation, I pushed the idea further by applying it to a character animation with sword. Using a character rig from Adobe Mixamo, I integrated the fire simulation onto the blade, transforming the weapon into a dramatic visual centerpiece.

The result is a combination of stylized realism and dynamic energy — where the glowing fire and thick smoke emphasize power, motion, and atmosphere. This project strengthened my understanding of Blender’s physics simulations. Eventually, I added audio effects to support realism.
